In 1987, Alfa Chemicals Manufacturing Est. was established as the first manufacturer of drilling foam in the Middle East, afterwards it expanded its operations into manufacturing household detergents and personal care products. Through the years, Alfa managed to keep its good reputation due to its continuous research and development efforts which are led by the best in the field technicians and its excellent relation with the major raw materials, perfumes and natural additives international companies. Alfa is distinguished by its founder, who holds a PhD in Organic chemistry and with long experience as a professor of organic industries at Jordan University of Science and Technology.

Our Goal

Our goal is to develop high quality products according to the local and international Standards based on the continuous research and development, and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in the production inputs necessary for manufacturing.

Our Activity

We have managed to improve and develop the facilities’ infrastructure, equipped the factory with the latest machines and production lines, in addition to the huge investments in its research and development laboratories.

Scientific foundations were adopted at Alfa with strict procedures including production, packaging, laboratory testing, and storage; which led to set Alfa as a leader in its field in Jordan with its production capacity, quality and competitive prices of its products.

In addition, Alfa provides technical services and consultancy in the chemical industry; to support the industrial sector to meet up with the latest international standards and trends in manufacturing and quality.

We at Alfa are proud of the accreditations received; GMP 22716, the manufacturing and production license from the JFDA and the Quality Mark from Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization.

Alfa Chemicals Manufacturing Est. was founded in 1987 and was the first in the Middle East specialized in manufacturing drilling foam. It was founded by Dr. Mohammed Bassam Al-Bitar, a university professor at that time. He utilized his experience in teaching, academic research and practical industrial practice; which led to graduating specialized qualified students in various fields of chemical industries. Alfa Chemicals Manufacturing has worked in this field for years and has been able to build strong relationships with major international manufacturers of production inputs. Our work, based on precision and perfection, led to the acquisition of international agencies for raw materials, perfumes and natural extracts required for production in the chemical industry. Dr. Al-Bitar's ambition did not stop at this point, but sought to expand the factory’s activities by developing the infrastructure, equipping it with the latest machinery and various production lines, establishing appropriate laboratories, adopting the foundations of scientific frameworks for research and development, and applying strict standard operating procedures. Producing a wide range of chemical products; such as personal care products, household detergents and disinfectants has contributed in the growth of Alfa Chemicals Manufacturing Est. making it one of largest companies in Jordan in this field. Alfa’s factory was designed in accordance with the international standards approved for the chemical manufacturing, where the raw materials are stored in a special warehouse equipped for the purpose of maintaining the quality of the raw materials. Raw materials are transported from the warehouse to the isolated and sterile processing area, where the materials are prepared in required quantities and weights before entering the area of production lines and in accordance with international standards.

Manufacturing Equipment's

We have improved the production by setting up multiple production lines equipped with the latest machines to ensure the quality and high standards of the our product. In addition, we use water purifiers and sterilizers in the production, which has a major effect on the products’ quality.

Personal care production lines such as; Hair shampoos for adults and children, Hand washing liquid and body gel.
Creams and lotions production lines.
Hand sanitizer gel and hair gel production lines.
Household cleaning chemicals production lines which includes; antiseptics, floor fresheners and cleaners, cleaning gel, dishwashing liquids, laundry detergent and fabric softeners.

And many other products which are continuously developed with high quality commitment that meet Jordanian, Arab and international markets demands. To keep up with the high quality standards that we provide, we established research and development laboratories which are well equipped with the latest technologies and managed by qualified chemical engineers. All products are constantly tested to meet the Jordanian and international standards before being packed and exported. One of the main factors maintaining ourselves as leaders in our field of expertise, is our commitment to the Jordanian and international Standards in manufacturing; which resulted in gaining the ISO 9001 in 2013 and the ISO 22716, GMP.
